A good start for today

This morning I walked on the treadmill for about 40 minutes covering 2.14 miles. I will try to walk another mile tonight. I did this yesterday and hope to repeat this trend at least 5 days out of the week.

  1. That was well done Karen.. That is more than I can manage on the treadmill. Trying to lose weight myself but having chronic fatigue syndrome puts a serious crimp in my physical activities although I do try to get as much exercise as I can and don't sit about until I have to take a rest. Still trying though.. :)
